Scrabble Go Cheat Sheet
Scrabble Go is the mobile version of classic Scrabble. Use this cheat sheet to dominate the 15×15 board with better tile placement and smarter power-up use.
About Scrabble Go
Scrabble Go is the official mobile version of the classic Scrabble board game. Two players take turns creating words on a 15×15 grid, scoring points based on letter values and board bonus squares. It includes power-ups and unique game modes not found in the original.
Bonus Square Guide
Triple Word Score (TW)
Multiplies the entire word value by 3. Located at corners and edges — the most powerful squares on the board.
Double Word Score (DW)
Doubles the entire word value. Radiates diagonally from the center star. Hitting multiple DW squares in one play multiplies them together.
Triple Letter Score (TL)
Triples one tile's value. Place high-value letters (Q, Z, J, X) here for maximum effect.
Double Letter Score (DL)
Doubles one tile's value. Less powerful than TL, but meaningful when combined with a word multiplier.
Power-Up Tips
- Super Swap: Use when your rack has no vowels or no consonants — it lets you swap tiles without losing a turn.
- Word Radar: Highlights valid placement positions for your current rack. Use it when you're stuck rather than wasting a swap.
- Double Score: Save this for a turn where you can hit a Triple Word square to stack multipliers.
Strategy Tip
Prioritise placing high-value letters on Double or Triple Letter spaces. Use boosts like "Super Swap" strategically when you have a difficult rack, rather than as a reflex swap — saving power-ups for critical moments gives you a sustained advantage.
